EasyPark is a fast-growing tech company characterized by entrepreneurship, innovation and drive. For the Stockholm office we are now searching for a Customer Care Representative with language skills in French. This is a full time-assignment for initially six months and you will be employed through Studentwork.
In this role you will be part of a growing team, currently around 10 people working towards the Emerging Markets of the the EasyPark footprint. Currently, this means Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands and Belgium. You will be working towards the French market, through phone calls, email and social media. Furthermore, you will handle administrative tasks and work to improve EasyPark’s customer satisfaction. The working hours is weekdays 09-21 and Saturdays 09-14.
We are searching for a driven, independent person that always puts the customer first. You thrive in an everchanging environment and is focused on continuously finding improvements in routines and working tasks. You are fluent in French both written and orally. It is a big plus if you have been working in customer service or a similar role before.
