As a Global Brand Manager, your challenge is to develop and manage a product or group of products within the NPD process, respecting Size of Line restrictions and Regions specificities. You need to be able to read trends, understand competition and identify consumer insights, build relevant consumers concepts and both product and communication briefings. Fruthermore, you will be responsible for preparing a healthy business case and for increasing/boosting brand business KPIs (Sales, Units, GM% and NPU). All that evaluating the impact each concept has in the total segment / brand / category / company.

To be successful in this role you need to be a business orientated person and understand how product KPIs will influence the overall brand/ category KPIs. You need to know how to read trends in order to transform them into products opportunity.
