In this recruitment process SyntheticMR is teaming up with Studentwork. Studentwork work with a learn-and-hire agreement which means that the first 6 months of the employment you will be a consultant via Studentwork, and after 6 months you will “go over” as an employee of SyntheticMR. As a Sales- and marketing coordinator you play an important role in the establishing of SyntheticMR on the American market. This is a fairly new role and you will have a lot of different tasks, always focusing on supporting your fellow colleagues working in the US. Some of your assignments will include supporting them at various events and conferences but also with administration regarding venue booking, trips etc. and business agreements. You will also support them with marketing- and product information material and work closely with the advertising agency that SyntheticMR work with regarding their graphic profile.
The role as a Sales- and marketing coordinator is very social, and the daily focus can shift rapidly. Therefore, you need to be flexible and feel comfortable with being in the center of things and the central touchpoint. Eventually the role can also include working with SyntheticMR’s social media where you will write content and put together strategies regarding the use of their digital content. Trips to the US can occur.

Do you have an education in Sales- and marketing, Media and Communication or maybe graphic design? Then you might be the person we are looking for! We think that you have a strong and natural business mind and documented experience of business or marketing-oriented roles. Previous experience of working with social media and web publication is highly desirable and so is the creating of marketing material in both written and graphic form.
We think that English is your native language or that you speak and write it fluently. You should also be quick-witted, direct and firm when you need to be in able to manage the American market. We also value your communication skills and the fact that you can switch focus fast without it affecting the results. Finally, we think you are flexible, structured and that you appreciate working independently since the hours sometimes can vary to adapt to the US market.
