In Global Insight, you will be part of a small and effective team and work at the intersection where trend and insight meet Oriflame’s latest brand and strategy developments. We support management and various functions in Oriflame with business and trend intelligence including market research.
Your role will be focused within quantitative research and you’re expected to give your expertise on methodology, samples and questionnaires to the team and colleagues. As a Global Insight Manager your main tasks are developing data-driven insights and conduct market and industry research, analyze customer data, carry out statistical analyses and surveys and facilitate workshops across the organization to make data actionable.
The research will at times be done by working in a collaborative manner with team members, external research agencies as well as individually. The responsibility is not only to design and deliver the insights but also communicate, educate and inspire the organization to make it actionable. Your key stakeholders are represented neighboring functions like Group Strategy, Product Marketing, Packaging and Sustainability, Creative Services as well as regional/local stakeholders in the 62 markets where Oriflame operates.
